Here an idea for the lady who loves Notre Dame de Paris and wants to combine it into a ghoulish Halloween Costume.

Make the white dress she wears in the second act. I would suggest Butterick 5710 or Simplicity 1909 for the dress. Just add some flutter sleeve by cutting the sleeve bigger and gathering it along the shoulder and add ruffle to the bottom. Ruffle are easy to make. Click here for a tutorial. Of course you model after the Italian production which the dress was plain and white. I would suggest Simplicity 2247.

Then buy a fake nooseto either wear or carry add some undead make-up and voila a Ghoul Notre Dame de Paris Esmeralda.

Varations – You could get a plain white chemise and be book Esmeralda or make a shredded version of the Notre Dame dress and apply some Zombie Makeup and be Zombie Esmeralda. A Zombie Esmeralda could also be a applied to the Disney version as well.

The Undead Notre Dame de Paris Esmeralda is a costume I would make for Halloween.

Here are some Funny add-in to Notre Dame de Paris and some Mistake. Though I’m sure there are a lot more of these incidences that occurred in all the many different casts.

During Tentative d’enlèvement Phoebus sings “Je suis le capitaine chargé de la sécurité” (“I am the captain in charge of security” ), in the last performance the word “SECURITY” was written on Patrick Fiori chain mail. source

During a performance of  La volupté the bed was covered with condoms. source

During Tentative d’enlèvement in a performance, Fiori replaced Esmeralda’s knife with a comb . source

During the song Je reviens vers toi Fiori instead of singing “au fond de moi c’est toi que j’aime encore” (From the depths of me, it’s you I still love) he sang “au fond de toi c’est moi que j’aime encore” (From the depths of you it’s me I still love). source

In the London production during The Bird they put in Cages Garou instead of ” do they birds they put in cages” he accidently starts to sing “do the children they put in cages” source

Since it’s Friday the 13th and we’re focusing on Notre Dame de Paris this month I created a special fan-art for the occasion

I was aiming for a creepy/spooky vibe. I tried to make it look like Esmeralda was a demonic ghoul haunting Frollo.

Though Notre Dame de Paris was never translation into Armenian, Belle was. It’s called Ser.  I think it’s quite pretty.

Now, I don’t know much Armenian, but Ser means “Love.” Another Fun Fact, both Helene Segara and Patrick Fiori are half-Armenian.  Segara even sang a song, Dele Yaman, in Armenian on her 2009 album Mon Pays C’ Est La Terre and her song Dans Nos Souvenirs is in remembrance for the Armenian genocide . Another fun fact, there is a large population of Armenians in Beirut.

You know who else is half-Armenian? Me ^^.  I’m also Italian, English, Irish, & Scottish, and a little bit Assyrian and who what else ^^.

A very silly addition of Spot the Difference with Notre Dame de Paris. There are 10  difference.

In honor of the Beirut contests and seeing how last month  three more contests and the World Tour were announced  I have decided that for the month of July Fan-art Fridays and Silly Sunday will be Notre Dame de Paris related with a focus on the original cast.

So today’s work is by me.  Enjoy
