Today’s Horoscope will come from the Notre Dame de Paris libretto that comes with the DVD, I’ll also give the english equivalent from DVD subtitles.
And the Horoscope is “Loin de ceux qui craignent, Qu’on les ensorcelle” (Far away from those who fear, to be bewitch by her). So distance yourself from those who are threaten by you, if you’re a Cancer be extra cautious.
Lyrics from Ou est-elle?
Though Notre Dame de Paris was never translation into Armenian, Belle was. It’s called Ser. I think it’s quite pretty.
Now, I don’t know much Armenian, but Ser means “Love.” Another Fun Fact, both Helene Segara and Patrick Fiori are half-Armenian. Segara even sang a song, Dele Yaman, in Armenian on her 2009 album Mon Pays C’ Est La Terre and her song Dans Nos Souvenirs is in remembrance for the Armenian genocide . Another fun fact, there is a large population of Armenians in Beirut.
You know who else is half-Armenian? Me ^^. I’m also Italian, English, Irish, & Scottish, and a little bit Assyrian and who what else ^^.
A very silly addition of Spot the Difference with Notre Dame de Paris. There are 10 difference.
The Original Picture
For many, many people (myself included) Belle is the first song they ever heard from Notre Dame de Paris. Belle is the “Phantom of the Opera” of the show as it’s the hallmark song of the show.
I first heard Belle rather randomly back in April, 2009. It was sunday and I on “Oh No They Didn’t”. There was post of on the top 25 Disney songs so I decided to read it. In the comment section someone posted Belle, so I watched it. My initial impression of it was confusion, since out of context I didn’t know what was going on or what lead up to that point in show. It was out of that confusion and curiosity that I watched the whole show on youtube.
Anyway enjoy Belle.

In honor of the Beirut contests and seeing how last month three more contests and the World Tour were announced I have decided that for the month of July Fan-art Fridays and Silly Sunday will be Notre Dame de Paris related with a focus on the original cast.
So today’s work is by me. Enjoy
Enjoy

Now I’m actually not the biggest fan of the most recent Italian cast of Notre Dame de Paris. I’ll get more in that another time when I actully start reviewing Notre Dame de Paris in earnest. However I will say this, while I’m not of fan of how the La Monture (La Cavalcatura) sequence was re-stage to make Fleur de Lys use her sexuality to get Phoebus to ensure the death a girl who is already condemned, I really do enjoy Serena Rizzetto performance. She is probably my favorite Italian Fiodaliso and I think she is better singer than either of the Esmeralda in this cast, but that is just my opinion.
